Kimberly Pieranuzi,Donald Roderick Jr Obituary, Death;- Woonsocket police have identified the three individuals who lost their lives in a shooting incident that occurred on Monday night.

As per the police report, they responded to a call regarding shots fired at approximately 6:45 p.m. at 411 Rathbun St. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims of gunshot wounds within the apartment, according to police statements.

Authorities confirmed that the deceased individuals were 40-year-old Kimberly Pieranuzi, 45-year-old Donald Roderick Jr., and 24-year-old Sean Rivera, all of whom succumbed to their injuries.

The investigation indicated that the apartment was inhabited by Pieranuzi, her boyfriend Roderick, Pieranuzi’s 19-year-old daughter, and the daughter’s boyfriend, Rivera.

According to police, Rivera and the 19-year-old were engaged in a discussion about their troubled relationship when Rivera brandished a firearm and demanded sexual favors.

The 19-year-old reported that she was sexually assaulted by him.

She subsequently escaped to her mother’s room, where Rivera followed and shot Pieranuzi.

Police reported that the 19-year-old managed to flee the residence.

Roderick returned home from work to find the situation unfolding when Rivera shot him.

Authorities stated that Rivera then turned the gun on himself.

The 19-year-old was able to contact the police from a nearby business.

Woonsocket police confirmed that Rivera’s weapon was confiscated and later found to have been reported stolen from Maine.

The Woonsocket Police Department stated, “This incident was specific to the residents of the apartment, and there was no ongoing threat to the public.”
