George Woodrow Stoudemire III Obituary, Death;- The Lexington County Coroner has confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life in a crash that occurred early Monday morning.
George Woodrow Stoudemire III, aged 55, was fatally injured in a single-vehicle incident near the 42-mile marker on Interstate 20 Westbound, close to the Leesville area of Lexington County.
As reported by the Lexington County Coroner, Stoudemire was driving west in a 2024 Ford Maverick truck when he collided with a deer, subsequently veering off the left side of the road and crashing into a tree. He was declared dead at the scene.
Stoudemire was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol, along with the Lexington County Coroner’s Office, is continuing to investigate the case.
