Israel Gutierrez Obituary, Death; – A man killed in a rollover accident near TSTC and L-3 in Waco Saturday has been identified as 23-year-old Israel Gutierrez.
Waco police say he was the driver and sole occupant of a car found on is side early Saturday morning. The vehicle was found on is side at the intersection of Concord Road and Airline Drive.
Emergency personnel had been called to the scene at 3:42 a.m.
Gutierrez was pronounced dead at he scene.
