Devante Tashon Hall Obituary, Death; – The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into a fatal shooting incident. On Friday, October 18, authorities responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of Southside High School in Selma at approximately 11 p.m.
Law enforcement discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound near the intersection of Water Avenue and Broad Street. The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Devante Tashon Hall, a resident of Birmingham, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators have established that the initial shooting occurred in the parking lot of Southside High School. The sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information regarding this tragic incident to come forward.
