David Solomon Obituary, Death;- The individual, a member of the Army National Guard, who tragically passed away on Sunday morning due to a crash in the foothills of Fresno County, has been officially identified by the coroner’s office.
The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has confirmed his identity as 27-year-old David Solomon from Clovis. Just after 9 a.m. on Sunday, the California Highway Patrol received a report from Army National Guard members who discovered an overturned black sedan at the intersection of Tollhouse Road and Van Fleet.
They recognized the man inside the vehicle as a colleague and noted that he was anticipated to report to work; however, when he failed to arrive, they initiated a search for him.
According to the CHP, the driver, now confirmed as Solomon, was heading eastbound on Tollhouse Road when his car veered off the road, collided with a tree, and subsequently overturned.
The vehicle came to rest upside down in a dry creek bed on the south side of Tollhouse Road.
Upon the arrival of emergency personnel, they were able to reach Solomon, who unfortunately had succumbed to his injuries.
The timeline regarding how long it took for the sedan to be found and the exact moment of the crash remains unclear.
