William Thibodaux Obituary, Death; – A man who was shot in the Broadmoor area on Wednesday has been identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office as 46-year-old William Thibodaux. According to Coroner Dwight McKenna, he succumbed to a gunshot wound on Friday.
New Orleans police responded to a shooting incident in the 3300 block of Napoleon Avenue at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, where they discovered Thibodaux, and paramedics declared him dead at the scene, as reported by the NOPD.
Billy Dietrich, 48, was arrested on a second-degree murder charge in relation to the killing, WVUE-TV reported.
