William Billy Ray Obituary, Death; – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office announced that they are searching for a man after he shot and killed a 63-year-old man in the Cloverdale area.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Hillcrest Drive on Sunday for a report of a deceased person. When the deputies arrived, they found a white male who appeared to have been shot. Deputies were able to identify the victim as 63-year-old William “Billy” Ray of Adams County.
