Traci McDuffie,Brandon McDuffie Obituary, Death; – A 25-year-old man who shot his mother to death at a home in Mobile was shot and killed by a brother he shot at, according to the Mobile Police Department. The shooting occurred Sunday afternoon, at approximately 5:39 p.m., in the 1200 block of Ross Street.
Officers discovered two victims dead inside of the home. The dead have been identified as Traci McDuffie, 52, and Brandon McDuffie, 25. According to a press release, the investigation revealed Brandon McDuffie fatally shot his mother, Traci McDuffie.
Traci McDuffie’s other son discovered what occurred. At that point, Brandon McDuffie shot at the other son, causing the other son to defend himself by shooting Brandon. The death of Traci McDuffie is abated by the death of Brandon McDuffie, the release says. And the death of Brandon McDuffie will be presented to a grand jury.
