Summer Lim Obituary, Death;– Montgomery County police have disclosed the identity of the 11-year-old girl who tragically lost her life in a collision with a school bus while riding her bicycle.
Summer Lim, a pupil at Earle B. Wood Middle School, was struck on Thursday afternoon on Bauer Drive.
Investigators reported that the bus was making a turn from Bauer Drive onto Russett Road at the time of the incident. Authorities stated that the girl was traveling in the same direction on Bauer.
According to a news release, Lim was located near the back of the bus. Despite attempts to save her, the girl succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
No students aboard the bus sustained any injuries.
