Ryan Churgin Obituary, Death; – A motorcyclist killed in a collision with a car in Lancaster was identified Monday by the county medical examiner’s office. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Ryan Churgin, whose place of residence was not immediately available.
The crash occurred around 9:14 p.m. Friday, when Churgin was riding south on 30th Street West and entered the intersection at Avenue G, colliding with a white sedan headed westbound, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Det. Jorge Diaz.
Diaz said the cause of the crash remained under investigation, and it was unclear whether speed or impairment played a role. Anyone with information regarding the crash was asked to contact investigators at the Lancaster Sheriff’s station at 661-948-8466.
