Randy Raap Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian lost their life after being struck by a vehicle on the eastbound I-90 in Moses Lake.
As per a press release from the Washington State Patrol (WSP), a witness indicated that they observed an individual walking on the Broadway Overpass that spans I-90. WSP reported that a car heading eastbound on the interstate collided with the pedestrian, who has since been identified as Randy Raap, aged 46, at the Broadway exit.
No charges have been brought against the driver. The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation.
