Raekwon Owens Obituary, Death; – The Sumter County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a 28-year-old individual who was fatally shot on Saturday.
Coroner Robbie Baker has identified the deceased as Raekwon Owens. Owens was discovered deceased at the scene, while another individual sustained injuries during the incident.
Law enforcement officials arrived at the Rodeway Inn located on North Washington Street at approximately 11:30 p.m. The investigation is ongoing, being conducted by both the Sumter County Coroner’s Office and the Sumter Police Department.
