Nicholas Galindo Obituary, Death; The motorcyclist who was killed after getting hit by an 18-wheeler while racing has been identified.
Nicholas Galindo, 20, was struck just after 10 p.m. on Saturday near UTSA Boulevard and I-10.
According to the San Antoni Police Department, Galindo was racing another motorcyclist at high speeds when the 18-wheeler attempted to switch lanes. The truck driver never saw the motorcycle and hit Galindo, who lost control of his bike and was ejected.
Galindo died on the scene.
