María José Calderón, recognized online as ‘Mayits’, was riding behind the vehicle when the driver reportedly made a sudden stop while attempting to change lanes.
With no opportunity to react, the 23-year-old crashed into the lorry, sustaining fatal head injuries despite wearing a helmet.

The incident occurred around noon last Thursday, close to the Monterrey shopping centre in Mexico.
An ambulance responded promptly, but medical personnel were unable to save her.
