Maggie Ramos Gomez Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a 76-year-old woman who passed away after being struck by a vehicle on the Southeast Side.
Maggie Ramos Gomez succumbed to blunt force injuries, as reported by the medical examiner’s office. The cause of her death has been classified as an accident.
The event occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. on November 25 in the 2100 block of South Gevers Street, close to Rigsby Avenue.
As per a preliminary report from the SAPD, Gomez was in the process of crossing the street at the intersection of Gevers Street and Rigsby Avenue when she was hit by the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, according to the report.
Gomez was subsequently declared dead at a nearby hospital.
