Leroy Jenkins FOUND; – Orangeburg County deputies have reported the identification of a man who was found on Friday morning in a store, unable to communicate and lacking identification. At around 10:30 a.m., dispatchers received a call regarding the individual, who has now been identified as Leroy Jenkins.
Shortly after 11 a.m., deputies shared a photograph of him with the media, seeking assistance in determining his identity. However, just minutes later, they provided an update indicating that they had successfully identified the man.
The deputies have not disclosed the method of identification or whether arrangements are being made to return him to his residence.
