Police say someone slashed a man in his 50s in the parking lot of a gas station on Portland Avenue, near Clifford Avenue, just before 6 this morning.
He was rushed to Strong Hospital, where he later died.
He’s the 25th homicide victim in the city so far this year.
A man in his 30s is in custody
