Kirsten Washington,Tobias Cunningham Obituary, Death; – The Baltimore Police Department has identified two distinct homicide victims from earlier this week.
Kirsten Washington, a 31-year-old female, was fatally shot on May 26 in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The previous day, Tobias Cunningham, a 50-year-old male, was murdered in the 400 block of North Paca Street.
