Keerati Nakklee Obituary, Death; – A man riding an electric bicycle has died following a collision with an SUV on Interstate 93 in Concord, according to state police.
The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on Monday, near Exit 14 on the southbound side.
The deceased has been identified as Keerati Nakklee, a resident of Concord.
Following an investigation, authorities believe that Nakklee attempted to cross the highway at the top of the Exit 14 off-ramp when the SUV driver merged onto the ramp, resulting in a collision with the e-bike.
The off-ramp was temporarily closed after the incident for police investigation. Authorities reported that no other vehicles were involved and that there were no additional injuries.
It remains unclear why Nakklee was on the highway with the e-bike.
Police have stated that e-bikes are not permitted to be operated on New Hampshire highways. They are not required to have vehicle registration, licensing, or insurance.
