Karrington Odell Locklear Obituary, Death; – A 25-year-old man was killed and another person injured in a Thanksgiving morning shooting near Maxton, Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said.
It happened around 1:45 p.m. in the 3000 block of Red Hill Road. Officials said Karrington Odell Locklear was transported in a private vehicle to the Scotland Medical Center, where he died.
