Jorge G Estrada Martinez Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian was hit an killed on I-82 on Wednesday night. Police said drugs or alcohol were involved.
The driver was heading eastbound on I-82 from the exit 69 on-ramp at around 10:25 p.m. when they hit the pedestrian, who was on the road shoulder according to a press release from Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Police identified the pedestrian as 29-year-old Jorge G. Estrada Martinez, who died at the scene.
WSP said charges against the driver are pending, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
