Jarrell McMillian Obituary, Death; – The North Carolina Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into a fatal incident involving a pedestrian in Fair Bluff. As reported by the NCHP, troopers responded to a call on Academy Street, close to Elm Street, at approximately 3:15 a.m. on Sunday.
Upon their arrival, they discovered the body of a man lying in the roadway. Investigators noted that the injuries observed were consistent with those typically sustained from being struck by a vehicle. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Jarrell McMillian, a resident of Fair Bluff.
