Jamario Caldwell Obituary, Death; – The authorities have confirmed the identity of the individual who was shot in Uptown on Wednesday as 32-year-old Jamario Caldwell. Currently, no suspects have been identified, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
A man has been pronounced dead following a suspected shooting incident near Uptown Charlotte on Tuesday. Law enforcement initiated their investigation on Winding Path Way, close to Seigle Point Drive, where they discovered an unoccupied vehicle along with several shell casings.
Shortly thereafter, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Davidson Street and E 12th Street at approximately 9:10 a.m. Upon their arrival, they found a man with a gunshot wound. The Charlotte Fire Department and Medic arrived shortly after and declared the man deceased at the scene. Detectives are currently examining the relationship between the two incidents. This investigation remains active and ongoing.
