Israel David Holguin Obituary, Death; – The Coroner’s Office of Spartanburg County has confirmed the identity of a motorist who tragically lost their life in a motorcycle accident on Friday.
According to the Spartanburg Police Department, they were dispatched to W. O. Ezell Boulevard at approximately 9:15 p.m.
Witnesses reported that a black motorcycle was heading east when it attempted to change lanes, resulting in the driver losing control of the bike. The motorcycle veered off the left side of the road and collided with a tree located in the median, as stated by the police.
Authorities indicated that the motorcycle operator, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident, succumbed to their injuries at the scene at 9:16 p.m.
The coroner has identified the deceased as 23-year-old Israel David Holguin, a resident of Boiling Springs.
The investigation is ongoing, being conducted by both the Spartanburg Police Department and the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office.
