Dennis Eduardo Eusebio Obituary, Death;- The Virgin Islands Police Department is conducting an investigation into a homicide that took place early Monday morning at the Contant Towers Condominiums.
As reported, at approximately 2:48 a.m. on January 13, the VIPD’s 911 Emergency Call Center received an alert from the ShotSpotter detection system regarding multiple gunshots fired within the condominium complex. Upon arrival, responding officers found a Hispanic male who had suffered several gunshot wounds.
Emergency Medical Technicians evaluated the victim but determined that he had no vital signs. The individual was declared unresponsive at the scene and was later identified by family members as 22-year-old Dennis Eduardo Eusebio.
The investigation is being led by the VIPD’s Criminal Investigation Unit. Authorities are encouraging anyone with information related to the homicide to come forward.
