Danyeal Garrett Obituary, Death; – On September 8, 2024, at approximately 12:05 a.m., the Dallas police were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the 3600 block of Dixon Avenue, located in South Dallas. Preliminary investigations indicate that a disturbance took place at the scene, during which unidentified individuals opened fire.
Subsequently, a vehicle collision was reported, leading officers to find 50-year-old Danyeal Garrett suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. He was transported to a nearby hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue, where he was later pronounced deceased.
