Colleen M Grebasch Obituary, Death; – A woman from Old Saybrook lost her life in a crash on Sunday evening that resulted in the closure of Interstate 395 in Griswold, according to Connecticut State Police.
Colleen M. Grebasch, aged 75, has been identified as the individual who died in the single-vehicle accident near Exit 24 in the southbound lanes, as reported by the police.
According to the authorities, Grebasch was a passenger in a 2015 Ford F-150 that veered off the road and collided with “a section of an overpass.” The truck was being driven by its registered owner, a 34-year-old man from Madison.
Grebasch was declared dead at the scene, while the driver was transported to the hospital with injuries, as stated by the police.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing, according to police.
