Chad Munk Obituary, Death; – Police in Clinton County are conducting an investigation following the fatality of a southern Indiana man in a weekend automobile accident.
The incident, involving a single vehicle, was reported at approximately 3 a.m. on Sunday, January 19, in the vicinity of 200 West Main Street in Rossville, Indiana, located about 15 minutes east of downtown Lafayette.
Initial findings suggest that the vehicle veered off the southern side of State Road 26/Main Street for reasons yet to be determined, subsequently colliding with a utility pole and a tree at a high velocity before coming to a halt in the center of the roadway, as stated by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. The driver, identified as Chad Munk, 41, from Henryville, Indiana, was declared deceased at the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
