Ann Kathleen Simmons Obituary, Death; – The homicide unit of the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol has identified the woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle while she was walking.
The deceased, identified as 47-year-old Ann Kathleen Simmons, was walking southbound when a gray 2006 Toyota Scion coupe, traveling northbound on State Route 159, collided with her, as reported by the police.
Simmons succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident. Authorities indicated that the driver remained at the location and fully cooperated with law enforcement officials. Reports indicate that there have been 50 fatal accidents resulting in 58 deaths.
