Abraham Vargas Vargas,Alberto Rios-Pintoja Obituary, Death; – Three individuals lost their lives and another sustained injuries in a single-vehicle accident on Matt Highway Saturday evening, as reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
According to deputies, the incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Rose Creek Drive. Investigators suspect that a 2014 Ram 5500 truck was heading east when it failed to navigate a curve, veered off the road, and collided with a tree and a fence.
The driver, identified as 36-year-old Jose Alvarado Macario, along with two rear passengers 24-year-old Abraham Vargas Vargas and 18-year-old Alberto Rios-Pintoja were declared dead at the scene. The front passenger survived the crash and was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Specialist Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
