Josue Garcia Canales Obituary, Death;– One person died Saturday afternoon in a collision, according to Kershaw County Coroner David West.
911 received a call around 1:47 p.m., about the crash at the intersection of Mt. Pisgah Road and McBee Highway, also known as Highway 903, the coroner said.
An SUV ran through a stop sign and hit a pickup truck. The coroner identified 25-year-old Josue Garcia Canales as the passenger in the SUV. He died at the scene, authorities said.
The crash remains under investigation.
