Jeffrey Ballard Obituary, Death;- A man who was shot and killed outside a bar in New Kensington over the weekend has been identified.
The victim has been named by the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office as Jeffrey Ballard, aged 46.
On Saturday, at approximately 3 a.m., law enforcement was summoned to the Elks Lodge due to a reported shooting incident.
Ballard was shot outside the establishment and succumbed to his injuries.
Westmoreland County Detectives, along with New Kensington Police, are currently conducting an active investigation, which includes reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses.
