Jefferson Mena-Rivas Obituary, Death; – A driver tragically lost their life on their birthday, while two others sustained injuries following a car accident in Pikesville on Monday morning, as confirmed by the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team.
On December 1, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a collision on Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.
Investigators discovered that a 2004 Toyota Corolla was heading southbound on Reisterstown Road when it collided with a 2020 Lexus RX350 that was making a left turn from the westbound exit ramp of I-695.
The driver of the Toyota, 22-year-old Jefferson Mena-Rivas, was declared dead at the scene.
Officials reported that he passed away on his birthday.
The passenger in the Toyota, an adult female, was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Furthermore, the driver of the Lexus was also transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation.
