Vannity Colon,Israel Medina Obituary, Death; – A third individual has lost their life in a collision that occurred on Sunday afternoon on Route 309 in Lynn Township, as reported by officials on Monday morning.
Two individuals were pronounced dead at the scene of the incident at the intersection of Route 309 and Gun Club Road in Lynn Township, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio in a news release. Vannity Colon, 21, from Allentown, and Israel Medina, 19, from New York, were declared deceased around 3:45 p.m., Buglio stated.
A third individual succumbed to their injuries on Monday morning, Buglio confirmed. Jeffrey Pichel, 61, from Fountain Hill, was pronounced dead at approximately 7:30 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Autopsies for all three individuals are set to take place on Tuesday. The state police, along with the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office, are conducting an investigation into the incident.
