Xzavier Gregory Obituary, Death; – A teenager has been apprehended following a tragic shooting incident that resulted in the death of a 16-year-old boy and left an 18-year-old girl injured.
On Saturday, October 11, law enforcement officers responded to a shooting that occurred near Teesdale Street and Frontenac Street. The 16-year-old boy, identified as Xzavier Gregory, was discovered unresponsive and was subsequently pronounced dead at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the chest.
The second victim, an 18-year-old girl, suffered a gunshot wound to the ankle and is currently in stable condition after receiving treatment at the same medical facility. The investigation is still in progress, and no charges have been brought against any individuals who were present at the time of the arrest.

On Monday, October 13, detectives apprehended a 17-year-old suspect with assistance from the SWAT Unit.
The suspect is facing charges that include murder, recklessly endangering another individual, and violations of firearm regulations.
The arrest occurred at the suspect’s home, and others who were present during the arrest have been taken in for questioning. At this moment, no mugshot has been released.
The investigation continues, and information regarding the involvement of others present at the time of the arrest remains ambiguous. As of now, no further charges have been filed against any additional individuals.
