William Severin Obituary, Death; – The coroner has confirmed the identity of the individual who perished in a house fire that occurred in May.
The incident took place at a residence located at the intersection of Hooper and Mickens Roads on May 16, which temporarily halted traffic in both directions as first responders arrived on the scene.
According to the Central Fire Department, two firefighters received treatment for heat exhaustion. One of the occupants of the house, identified as 87-year-old William Severin, was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner officially identified Severin on Monday morning.
