Trivell Richardson Obituary, Death; – A man who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds at a local hospital has been identified by the Charleston County Coroner’s Office. Trivell Richardson, aged 40, passed away at the Medical University of South Carolina early Wednesday morning, as confirmed by Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal.
North Charleston police responded to reports of a shooting on Iron Street at approximately 3:43 a.m., where they discovered an unresponsive individual, later identified as Richardson, with several gunshot wounds, according to an incident report.
Officers provided assistance to the man until Charleston County EMS arrived and transported Richardson to MUSC, where he ultimately died. The investigation by the North Charleston Police Department into this incident remains ongoing.
