Thomas Kilmer Obituary, Death; – A 69-year-old man lost his life following a collision with a tree while driving his truck in Cattaraugus County on Tuesday afternoon, as reported by the New York State Police.
Authorities arrived at the scene on State Route 98 in the Town of Freedom at approximately 4:30 p.m. The driver, named Thomas Kilmer from Scio, was heading east when he crossed into the westbound lane, veered off the roadway, and struck a tree. He was subsequently taken to Chaffee Hospital in Springville, where he was declared deceased.
