Theodore Maurice Bunting Obituary, Death;- On April 3, around 9:00 p.m., personnel from the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Office attended to a medical emergency at the detention center.
Within one of the housing units, they discovered an unresponsive male. Despite efforts to perform CPR, their attempts were unsuccessful. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived shortly thereafter and pronounced him dead.
The deceased has been identified as 37-year-old Theodore Maurice Bunting. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) is currently looking into the circumstances surrounding Bunting’s death.
