Susana Resendiz Obituary, Death; – Authorities are conducting an investigation following the fatal shooting of a woman at a hotel in North Jackson. The incident took place at the OYO Townhouse located on Beasley Road on Monday, September 10. Detective Tommie Brown reported that the 30-year-old victim succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The Hinds County coroner has identified the victim as Susana Resendiz.
