Souksavanh Inthilat Obituary, Death; – A man is facing legal charges after police reported that he shot two family members during a dispute, resulting in the death of one man and critically injuring a woman in Woodbridge on Thursday evening.

As per the Prince William County Police Department, 56-year-old Khampheng Toune Quanlangsy has been charged with murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 12900 block of Kenmar Drive shortly before 5:45 p.m. Upon their arrival, they found Quanlangsy outside the residence and subsequently took him into custody.

Investigators indicate that Quanlangsy was engaged in an argument with family members inside the home when he retrieved a firearm and shot his relatives before contacting emergency services.

Inside the residence, officers discovered a 42-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, both of whom had sustained gunshot wounds to the upper body. The man, later identified as Souksavanh Inthilat, succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the woman was transported to a local hospital, where she remains in critical condition.

Quanlangsy is currently being held without bond. The circumstances surrounding the fatal argument have not yet been disclosed.
