Silvano Arvizu Obituary Death; – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the individual discovered deceased on November 21 on East Belle Terrace. Silvano Arvizu, aged 38, was found at approximately 7:28 a.m. on November 21 in the 1600 block of East Belle Terrace. An autopsy will be performed by the coroner’s office to ascertain the cause and manner of his death.
