Shelly McGlone Arrested; – A woman has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting in New Richmond on Tuesday night.
Authorities report that Shelly McGlone, aged 61, shot a man multiple times in the chest.
The incident took place around 8:30 p.m. on Indian Ridge Trail, located just off Frank Willis Memorial Road.
Scott Noel, the Police Chief of New Richmond, stated that a man succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His identity has not yet been disclosed, as authorities are still in the process of notifying family members.
Investigators are currently trying to determine the relationship between the two individuals and whether they were acquainted. They remained at the residence where the shooting occurred until after 3 a.m. on Wednesday.
