Sadik A Yusuf Obituary, Death; – The Southeast Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim in Thursday’s fatal shooting as Sadik A. Yusuf.
Officers found Yusuf shot outside an apartment building where livesaving measures were performed, but Yusuf died on scene.
The Rochester Police Department (RPD) said the shooting is still under investigation.
