Ryan Mosher Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified the 19-year-old victim of a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred on Friday night, and charges have been brought against the individual alleged to have caused the accident. As reported by WILX-10, Dolphis Rabidoux III faces charges of reckless driving resulting in death and failure to stop at the scene of an accident that caused serious injury, following the incident in which he reportedly struck and killed Ryan Mosher.
The tragic event unfolded around 10 p.m. on M-21 in downtown Owosso, where Mosher was involved in two collisions. According to the Michigan State Police, Mosher was attempting to exit a parking lot and proceed westbound when he was struck by a Jeep traveling eastbound. At the time of the accident, Mosher was not wearing a seatbelt and was subsequently ejected from his vehicle.
