As per a written statement issued by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to a report of a man down at approximately 6:19 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Village Park, situated at 15720 Eto Camino Lane. Upon their arrival, deputies found Smith lying on the ground adjacent to his vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was declared deceased at the scene.
