Raymond McNatt Obituary, Death; – A man from Russellville has lost his life following a tragic accident that occurred on Friday. As reported by the Russellville Police, 56-year-old Raymond McNatt was fatally injured when his motorcycle was struck by another motorist who disregarded a red traffic signal.
The incident took place on Friday morning at the junction of Highway 24 and Highway 43. The other driver has been charged solely with operating a vehicle without a valid license, although additional charges may be forthcoming. Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett indicated that the investigation will be submitted to a grand jury upon its conclusion.
The driver of the other vehicle, who lacked a license, was transported to the hospital for a sobriety evaluation, and investigators are currently awaiting the results of that test.
