Patty Ann Shields Obituary, Death; – A woman lost her life while attempting to cross a street, as reported by officials from the Greensboro Police Department.
On Thursday at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers responded to South Elm-Eugene Street following reports of an incident involving a pedestrian. Authorities indicated that the pedestrian was not utilizing a crosswalk when she attempted to cross South Elm-Eugene Street and was subsequently struck. The individual, identified as Patty Ann Shields, was pronounced dead at the scene.
