Patricia A McKelvey Obituary, Death; – The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the individual involved in a pedestrian versus vehicle accident that took place on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Patricia A. McKelvey. According to the coroner’s report, the incident occurred at 9:32 p.m. on Redbank Road in Goose Creek.
As per the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident transpired when a driver of a 2009 Acura SUV, heading northbound on Red Bank Road, struck a pedestrian who was walking westbound on the same road.
McKelvey was subsequently transported to a local hospital by emergency medical services, where she was later pronounced dead.
The investigation is being conducted by the South Carolina Highway Patrol in conjunction with the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office.
