Pah To,Bu Gay Obituary, Death; Lincoln police identify victim killed in fatal domestic violence incident earlier this week

Pah To,Bu Gay Obituary, Death; – Lincoln police identified the man and woman killed in an apparent murder-suicide earlier this week.

Officers responded to the gunfire at an apartment complex near 21st and G streets just after midnight Wednesday, after a 13-year-old boy reported that he and his mother had been shot, according to authorities. Lincoln police said officers found a 44-year-old man, identified as Pah To, dead on the floor of a bedroom with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Officers found a 40-year-old woman, identified as Bu Gay, with a gunshot wound. She was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries, authorities said. The 13-year-old was also taken to a local hospital in critical condition, and he is expected to survive, according to officials.

Lincoln police said officers also found two other siblings in the residence, a 15-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. They were not hurt. This is the second deadly domestic incident in Lincoln in the past month. The National Domestic Violence hotline is available 24/7 at 800-799-7233.
